man who died as a result of his doctor’s administration
of a local anesthetic to his wrist in order to treat a wrist
fracture.

the husband of a woman who suffered permanent neurological
impairment after doctors failed to diagnose and timely treat
a build-up of fluid in one of her lungs.
Propes & Kaveny,
along with attorney Frank Himel, recently filed a lawsuit against
the City of Chicago for the wrongful death of a father of two
young children, who was struck by a patrol car after the car
he was driving struck a tree.
